Set up Lark & join the DBMC system

A guide for DBMC staff: download the Lark app, join the organization via QR code or invite link, sign in and complete your profile — in just a few minutes.

Download the Lark app

Lark is DBMC's workplace: messaging, video calls, Calendar, Docs and company Email in one app. Choose your device to download.

Step 2

Join the DBMC organization

Once Lark is installed, join the organization using one of the three methods below. Please register with your company @dbmc.io email.

Scan the QR code to join

Open Lark → the + icon → Scan

Open invite link

Tap the link on a phone that has Lark installed to join directly.

Option 3 · Manual invite code

In Lark: Add (+) → Join an organization → enter the code.

The QR code & link are valid until 23:00 on 06 Aug 2026. If expired, please contact support.

Step 3

Sign in & complete your profile

Finish the steps below to be ready to work on the DBMC system.

Sign inUse your registered company @dbmc.io email (or phone number), then set a password.
Set display nameUse your full name so colleagues can recognize you.
Update your profileAdd a photo, job title and the DBMC department under Profile.
Start workingUse Messenger, Calendar, Docs and company Email right inside Lark.

Notes & Support

Good to know

Use your company email

Prefer registering with your @dbmc.io address so you're placed in the right org and department.

Keep the link private

The QR code and invite link are for DBMC staff only. Do not share or post them publicly.

Change Lark's language

Go to Settings → Language in the Lark app to switch language.
