DBMC Named Full and Exclusive Commercial Operator of the TDP Media Project
DBMC becomes the exclusive commercial gateway for the TDP Media project
On 17 June 2026, DBMC — Deep Blue was granted a Certificate as the full commercial authorized unit of the TDP Media project, establishing its position as the sole and exclusive commercial gateway across the entire territory of Vietnam.
The legal basis for this milestone is the Full Commercial Authorization Contract No. 01/2026/HĐUQTM-1001/DBMC, signed with 1001 Time Việt Nam JSC — the initiator, lead investor and operator that maintains the touchpoint infrastructure of the project. Under this division of roles, 1001 Time Việt Nam serves as the project owner and infrastructure operator, while DBMC is the commercial operator. This is a long-term strategic partnership with a five-year term and automatic renewal.
Within the scope of full and exclusive authorization, DBMC is granted four groups of rights:
- Exclusive commercial rights nationwide;
- Policy-making: price lists, payment terms and standard contract templates;
- Building and managing the nationwide network of agents and collaborators;
- Customer management: contracting, customer care, invoice issuance and receivables management.
Commercial activities are deployed across three business lines: digital out-of-home advertising (DOOH), CPS services charged per actual transaction, and sponsorship and brand cooperation.
DBMC is committed to transparent operations: monthly periodic reconciliation, with every receipt and expenditure supported by valid invoices and documents. Customer data governance fully complies with the 2025 Personal Data Protection Law.
This milestone affirms DBMC's capability and reputation as a commercial gateway and opens a new phase of development for the project under the official cooperation identity 1001 Time × DBMC.
