Regenerative Economy: The Vision and Mission of the TDP Media Initiative
Amid Vietnam's national digital transformation, the TDP Media Initiative developed by DBMC — Deep Blue is more than a technology infrastructure; it is a development philosophy: bringing modern public utilities to every residential group so that all citizens can enjoy them equally. This is the core spirit of the Regenerative Economy model that TDP Media pursues.
Vision
TDP Media aspires to become Vietnam's leading digitalized public-service infrastructure platform and, at the same time, a pioneering model of the Regenerative Economy across Southeast Asia. It is the ambition to build an ecosystem in which technology serves people from the smallest units of society upward.
Mission
The Initiative's mission is to build essential digital infrastructure right at the grassroots level — the residential group — ensuring that every citizen enjoys modern public utilities equally, regardless of circumstance or geographic distance. The entire project is invested in and operated from corporate capital, without using the State budget.

The Regenerative Economy mechanism

Transparent commercial revenue is reinvested through the Regeneration Fund to maintain free public utilities for the people. Through this circular flow, the value created is continually "regenerated," sustainably nourishing the infrastructure that serves the community.
Closely following the national digital transformation agenda — in the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW and Project 06 — TDP Media serves as a bridge between digital government and digital society, helping to realize the smart city from the grassroots level up.
