Quality commitment: 98%+ uptime and how DBMC runs its digital signage network

Cam kết chất lượng: uptime ≥ 98% và cách DBMC vận hành mạng lưới bảng tin số

For advertisers and partners, the value of a digital signage network lies not only in its reach but in its day-to-day reliability. DBMC — Deep Blue is publishing its operating commitment framework, targeting an uptime of 98% or higher across the entire screen network.

Stable operation, every day

The system runs daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Each advertising spot has a default duration of 10 seconds, and playlists are broadcast exactly as contracted, including the frequency and time slots agreed with the customer. This arrangement ensures that each message appears the right number of times, at the right moment, and in a verifiable way.

24/7 monitoring and SLA commitments

Every screen is monitored continuously, 24/7, for online/offline status, temperature and signal. When an incident occurs, DBMC responds according to a three-tier SLA:

The operating process is a closed loop: continuous monitoring → detection → classification → handling per SLA → repair and acceptance → log and report updates. In addition, the system undergoes scheduled maintenance every month and every quarter, with minutes recorded and the file for each screen point updated.

Transparency and compliance

DBMC keeps broadcast logs together with screenshots (proof of play) as the basis for transparent, two-way reconciliation with customers. All content is reviewed before it airs, in compliance with the Advertising Law and the Cybersecurity Law, while staying aligned with the national digital transformation agenda (Resolution 57, Project 06).

This framework serves a single goal: to ensure that every partner campaign runs exactly as agreed, backed by evidence and dependable over the long term.
